What’s Covered

• Workmanship on every repair, for 365 days. If the fix we made doesn’t hold, we return and redo it at no charge – parts and labor included.
• Written price before any work starts. You see the full cost in writing and agree to it before a technician picks up a tool. What you approve is what you pay.
• Written guarantee on every repair. The paperwork states exactly what’s covered and for how long, so there’s no guessing six months later.
• Parts we install, handled properly. If a part we put in fails within the guarantee window, it’s on us – not a pro-rated runaround, not a “well, that’s a different problem” conversation.
